Job Title: Technical Documentation Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Documentation Writer to join our team at Inverid. As a Technical Documentation Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality documentation that helps our customers implement our products successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop clear and concise documentation for our products, including API documentation and technical guides for developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation is consistent, easy to understand, and complete.
  • Edit and maintain our technical documentation portal.
  • Serve as the point of contact for our team regarding external documentation.
  • Write support documentation, such as blogs, articles, onboarding flows, and more.
  • Communicate and coordinate with development team members on external APIs and technical documentation.
  • Review and proofread new documentation submitted by team members.
  • Assist in incorporating customer feedback and markups into existing documentation.
  • Select or create visual aids to illustrate written material.
  • Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing in the software industry.
  • Knowledge of Android development (Kotlin), iOS development (Swift), REST, JSON, XML, and/or security is a plus.
  • Excellent English writing skills, with a focus on technical writing.
