Job Description

Somfy is seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans to enhance relationships with key accounts, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and execute strategic plans to maximize sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with finance department to monitor account receivables and ensure financial stability
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams to implement key account plans and ensure alignment with organizational processes and objectives
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with 5-10 years of sales experience focused on technical product offerings
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends, devise strategic plans for growth, and optimize profitability
  • Proven capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Digital and analytical skills
