We are seeking a talented Front of House Trainee to join our team at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. As a Front of House Trainee, you will be part of the Front Desk & Navigator team, responsible for creating unique and personalized experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes and exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and valet parking when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create customized experiences for our guests.
