European Fulfilment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Fulfilment Manager to lead our operations in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in the fulfilment and personalisation of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Manage inventory levels, stock handling, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Sourcing Manager to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and innovations to drive business growth.
- 3+ years' experience in a managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of Dutch language and culture.
