European Fulfilment Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced European Fulfilment Manager to lead our operations in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals to achieve high levels of daily fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Production and UK team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across borders.
- Manage stock handling and inventory levels using our inventory platform, Unleashed.
- Provide operational support to the Customer Service team and resolve escalated complaints in a timely manner.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain a high level of responsibility and accountability.
- Right to work in the Netherlands.
- 3+ years' experience in a managerial role with experience hiring a team.
- A high level of spoken and written English.
- An aptitude for spoken and written Dutch.
- Valid and up-to-date passport for travel purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exemplary leadership competence.
- Ability to delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback.
- Flexible and adaptable nature with a strong attention to detail.
