CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European market growth strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and driving business growth within the CBRE Data Center Solutions EMEA market.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in winning new business, particularly in managed services. They will also possess leadership experience in building high-performing sales teams and managing Business Development Managers. A deep understanding of facility management services and outsourcing solutions is essential, as is the ability to comprehend complex business documents and solve problems involving multiple options.
