Key Responsibilities- Secure an adequate and optimal global insurance program
- Lead the insurance network/matrix of relevant stakeholders
- Advising, instructing, and training on insurance matters and claims handling

- Act as secretary of the Inter IKEA Group Insurance Forum
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the field of risk transfer solutions and global insurance markets
- Analyze the International Insurance Associates (IIA) benchmark of insurance programs
- Coordinate and monitor IKEA Blue, a tailored insurance risk grading tool

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Delft, the Netherlands. It sits in the Business Performance & Support Organisation (CFO organisation) of Inter IKEA Group and reports to the Risk & Compliance Manager of Inter IKEA Group.
