Key Account Manager - Aerospace Global Account Program

Are you a seasoned account manager with a passion for the Aerospace industry? Do you have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in building strong relationships with customers? We're looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the Aerospace industry. Your primary goal will be to understand the customers' needs and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with our sales team and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts in the Aerospace industry
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customers' needs
  • Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry or a related field
