Als risicomanagement specialist bij ABN AMRO Bank draag je bij aan de toekomstbestendigheid van het bankbedrijf. Je volgt ontwikkelingen op, daagt de status quo uit en neemt deel aan projecten op het gebied van onder andere (regulatory) change en risk management. Bovendien geef je advies aan het managementteam, werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen binnen ABN AMRO en externe stakeholders zoals accountants en toezichthouders.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheer van het Risk Control Framework.
  • Uitvoering van Management Control & Testing activiteiten en Risk Self Assessments.
  • Identificatie van concrete verbeteringen in beleid, kredietvoorstellen, systemen en processen en vergroting van het bewustzijn en de kennis hierover binnen het team.
  • Toeziend houden op de voortgang van het oplossen van bevindingen van toezichthouders, de tweede lijn, audits of accountants.

Werkomgeving

Je gaat aan de slag bij het ABN AMRO Risk Management team. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en uitvoering van afdeling overschrijdende werkzaamheden binnen ABN AMRO die niet direct gerelateerd zijn aan klanten. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 15 collega's en wordt steeds meer zelfsturend, waardoor je ook een rol speelt in de continue ontwikkeling van het team en individuele collega's.
