Job Title: Head of Non-Financial Risk Grid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Non-Financial Risk Grid, responsible for translating our Non-Financial Risk strategy into concrete objectives and priorities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and owning the design and implementation of Non-Financial Risk changes, systems, and processes for NFR stakeholders
  • Establishing a vision for the Non-Financial Risk technology strategy in response to market, technology, and business trends and opportunities
  • Managing the planning, execution, supervision, and review of Non-Financial Risk systems and (IT) governance/processes
  • Responding to requests from stakeholders to improve/develop NFR infrastructure, processes, and data
  • Managing and controlling daily processes, controls, and IT operations
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Non-Financial Risk management, IT, and change management. You should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant financial services experience, including experience in managing large teams and change or IT transformation programs
  • Experience with support of NFR processes and implementation of new techniques and approaches
  • Experience with regulatory change implementation
  • Technical skills and expertise in banking and Non-Financial risk management disciplines
