Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Non-Financial Risk Grid. As the Head of Non-Financial Risk, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate and manage non-financial risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate and manage non-financial risks
  • Lead and manage a team of risk professionals to ensure effective risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess non-financial risks
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on risk management performance
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
