Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Operations Technician to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure and providing exceptional service to our data center customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer requests and perform technical tasks on their behalf.
- Install customer equipment in racks and lay cabling in the data center.
- Monitor and respond to alarm notifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer work performed.
