The Product Experience department plays a crucial role in product development, focusing on sensory analysis and consumer research to support R&D and marketing/sales decisions.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Cognitive Science Intern to join our Product Experience team. As a Cognitive Science Intern, you will work closely with our researchers to apply text analysis techniques to consumer research projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting desk research on text analysis methods and techniques
  • Preparing an overview of relevant text analysis software and providers
  • Applying text analysis to a research project
  • Writing a report with results and recommendations for business
  • Presenting key findings and recommendations to the internal team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of consumer research and psychology, including qualitative research methods and statistical skills
  • Experience with digital tools and Microsoft Excel, including macro and functions
  • Mandatory scientific and professional English language skills, both written and oral
  • Initiative, solution-oriented mindset, and strong interest in human behavior and motivations
Organization

This internship will last for 6 months, starting in September 2024. You will be based in Hilversum, Netherlands.
