PRODUCT EXPERIENCE INTERN - TEXT ANALYSIS APPLICATION IN CONSUMER RESEARCH

At International Flavors & Fragrances, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Product Experience department.

As a Product Experience intern, you will play a key role in supporting the R&D department and marketing/sales choices through sensory analysis and consumer research.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting desk research on text analysis, including its definition, application, techniques, and examples.
  • Preparing an overview of relevant providers/software of text analysis.
  • Applying text analysis on one of our research projects.
  • Writing a report with results and recommendations for business.
  • Presenting the key findings and recommendations to our internal team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good knowledge of consumer research/psychology, including qualitative research methods and analysis, consumer behavior, motivations, and attitudes. You will also need to have statistical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

We are looking for a student with an initiative, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong interest in human behavior and motivations.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development processes, sensory analysis, and consumer research.
