Client Growth Strategist – Driving Success and Expansion

About the Role

We're seeking a Client Growth Strategist to join our team at Openclaims.

This is a key role that will require you to work closely with our clients and internal teams to drive growth and success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the foundation for long-term success.
  • Driving product adoption by showcasing the value of our platform and aligning it with our clients' business goals.
  • Expanding product usage and revenue by strategically identifying new opportunities and developing forward-thinking strategies.
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming their trusted partner for success.
  • Acting as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, translating customer insights and feedback into actionable product requirements and process enhancements.

About You

You will be a proactive, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of client needs and a relentless drive to ensure their success.

Managing large, international enterprise clients is second nature to you, and you excel in environments where you can take ownership of client growth through cross-selling and product expansion.

At the heart of your approach is a genuine care for our clients – you understand their challenges, align with their objectives, and are committed to helping them achieve their goals with our platform.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of working experience in a B2B environment; e.g. enterprise software or consultancy.
  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Successful background in account or project management, or customer relations.
  • Proven track record of being organized and a problem solver, paying close attention to details and meeting deadlines.
  • Energetic, confident, and flexible to take on fast-changing conditions.
  • The ability to communicate on both strategic and operational levels, and proficiency in Dutch and English.
