We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team in selling our HR tech platform to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical demonstrations of our software to explain our products and services to customers
  • Discuss and identify customer needs and pain points in the HR tech space
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Listen to customer technical requirements and relay feedback to our product development team
  • Solicit and log client feedback to inform new sales and marketing strategies
  • Assist in training sales team members on the technical aspects of our products and services

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role supporting SaaS, B2B sales
  • Experience working within the SMB segment
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
  • Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for winning, with a team player mentality
  • Resourceful and motivated to succeed
  • Fluent in English, with any Nordic language an advantage
