We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our sales team in selling our HR tech platform to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical demonstrations of our software to explain our products and services to customers
- Discuss and identify customer needs and pain points in the HR tech space
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Listen to customer technical requirements and relay feedback to our product development team
- Solicit and log client feedback to inform new sales and marketing strategies
- Assist in training sales team members on the technical aspects of our products and services
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role supporting SaaS, B2B sales
- Experience working within the SMB segment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for winning, with a team player mentality
- Resourceful and motivated to succeed
- Fluent in English, with any Nordic language an advantage
