About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Operations Supervisor to join our team at Terex Genie. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising our Customer Service Team, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service Team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Monitor progress, measure performance, and direct the team to secure customer satisfaction and business requirements.
- Handle customer issues escalated by team members, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Manage, monitor, maintain, and display performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Interact with diverse levels of internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective communication and resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Clear and fluent English communication skills (verbal and written). An additional language such as French, German, or Italian is a plus.
- A helicopter view of the business, with a focus on process discipline and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Interpersonal skills, people management, and leadership experience.
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to lead and motivate others.
- Adaptability to change and a proven track record in a high-pressure environment.
