Customer Operations Supervisor

In the role of Customer Operations Supervisor at Genie, you will be integral to the daily functions of our bustling, multilingual, and international Customer Service Department within the mechanical equipment sector. Your primary duties will encompass leading and overseeing the Customer Service Team, tracking progress, assessing performance (KPI), and guiding the team to meet customer and business needs. We seek enthusiastic, motivated individuals eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Make a significant impact with us.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the Customer Operations Team Conduct regular meetings with various departments Address customer concerns escalated by team members Support team members and foster continuous improvement Manage, monitor, and present performance metrics effectively Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues Provide timely support and guidance to customers Oversee team performance and developmentQualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Proficient in English communication (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, or Italian is advantageous Ability to maintain a broad perspective on operations Strong sense of urgency and adherence to processes Proficient in MS Excel, with experience in ERP and CRM systems Excellent interpersonal skills and a role model for team members Leadership experience and knowledge Strong accountability and ability to inspire and motivate others Adaptability to change with a proven track record in high-pressure environmentsWhy Work with Us
