Join Ecolab as a Technical Support Specialist F&B and become part of our European Technical Excellence Team for Dairy Brewery & Beverage. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in producing safe food by developing solutions and executing innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide field support and troubleshooting for customer sanitation and related problems, including food product quality and microbial safety concerns.
- Support the local Sales/Service Representative, Contract Managers or Corporate Account Manager to provide specific application support for products and programs.
- Provide advanced training for Food & Beverage personnel and customers in sanitation programs, technical application of sanitation products and methods of problem solving.
- Offer effective, accurate, courteous, and prompt consultation and routine phone technical service to both internal and external customers.
- Identify savings, validations and improvements of CIP processes at our customers as well as supporting our applications in cheese making and other dairy related processes.
- A 5-year degree or equivalent in the field of Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or Food Processing.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in the Dairy industry and familiarity with terms as CIP, cheese mould cleaning, OPC and EMP.
- Solid knowledge of basic chemistry and microbiology.
- Good writing and reporting skills.
- Good English language skills in writing and speaking.
- Driver license.
