Customer Relations Team Manager

At Applied Medical, we are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Team Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the team towards excellence by monitoring workload, assigning work areas, and setting priorities.
- Monitor and manage team workload to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Assign work areas and set priorities to optimize team performance and efficiency.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and goals, and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.
In addition to managing the team, you will also be responsible for creating daily and monthly reports from SAP and presenting them to department managers and senior leadership. You will identify trends and suggest action points and process improvements to drive business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes and experience with SAP or another ERP system. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash processes.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
