Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead our customer engagement activities, develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, and drive business results. The successful candidate will have a passion for people management, customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through people development.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD AND RETAIN LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS:
  • SECURE THAT WE MEET THEIR EXPECTATIONS THROUGHOUT THEIR ENTIRE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN A MULTI-CHANNEL ENVIRONMENT:
  • BE A PRO-ACTIVE PARTNER IN THE STORE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THE STORE COMMERCIAL TEAM:
  • LEAD AND MANAGE THE CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT TO FULFIL THE PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION BY BUILDING BUSINESS & PEOPLE TOGETHER AS WELL AS CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERALL BUSINESS GOALS:

Benefits

As a Customer Relations Manager at IKEA Amersfoort, you will receive a competitive salary between €4,500 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy:

  • A 13th month and 8% holiday pay;
  • A collective bonus scheme, determined annually;
  • Travel costs for public transport reimbursed;
  • Lease bicycle option within a radius of 5 to 20 km from the IKEA branch;
  • Compensation for travel costs up to a maximum of €100 per month for car users;
