Senior Financial Controller

Bij HeadFirst B.V. ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en optimaliseren van onze financiéle processen en systemen. Je voert een breed scala aan financiéle en fiscale taken uit en werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om te zorgen dat alle financiéle activiteiten nauwkeurig en tijdig verlopen.
Verantwoordelijkheden- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het geconsolideerde maandafsluitingsproces en voert scherpe analyses uit op de P&L, balans en cash flow.
- Je begeleidt de jaarafsluiting en de accountantscontrole van de geconsolideerde jaarrekening (IFRS), en je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt. Je pakt samen met de Head Accounting & Reporting de complexe jaarrekeningposten op en bereidt met hulp van specialisten onze fiscale aangiftes, inclusief de transfer pricing voor.
- Je werkt actief aan de optimalisering van onze processen (AO/IC) en leidt procesoptimalisaties, automatiseringen en integraties van overgenomen entiteiten.
- Zorgt voor uniformiteit in accounting: Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het harmoniseren van de accounting policy tussen HeadFirst en Impellam (overgenomen begin 2024), waarbij je werkt volgens IFRS-standaarden.
- Je beheer belastingaangiftes en rapportages: Jij zorgt er mede-voor dat onze belastingaangiftes en CBS-rapportages altijd op tijd en correct zijn ingediend.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende financiéle afdelingen zoals Accounting, Invoicing, en Business Line Control, en verzorgt indien nodig rapportages en analyses voor de CFO
- Een afgeronde hbo/wo-opleiding richting accountancy, liefst aangevuld met een RA-titel;
- Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of bij een accountantskantoor;
- Ervaring met AFAS en LucaNet (consolidatiesysteem) is een pre, maar geen vereiste;
- Goede kennis van IFRS vennootschapsbelasting, BTW en Transfer Pricing;
- Analytisch sterk met een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkstijl;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
- Proactief, zelfstandig en in staat om met deadlines om te gaan
