Your Role

As an Assistant Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for administratively processing incoming requests, analyzing processes, and thinking about improvements. You will also answer internal questions by phone and email, collect and retrieve data, and create dashboards. Your tasks will vary depending on the needs of the department, but you will always have the opportunity to contribute to how processes can be improved.
