Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at ServiceNow, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business outcomes and get the most value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of customers to understand their needs and challenges, and provide prescriptive guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Ensure customers are technically healthy and on the most recent version of our product.
  • Identify opportunities to assist customers using our Artificial Intelligence in the Impact Digital Experience.
  • Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes.
  • Work with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase our footprint.
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly, using resources from across the company ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
  • Ability to provide independent comprehensive services.
  • Experience resolving issues through analysis.
  • Experience working collaboratively.
  • ServiceNow accreditations or certifications a plus.
  • Ability to work in our Amsterdam office 2-3 times a week.
