IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant IT will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative matters related to IT, including reports, purchase orders, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete operational IT ordering process, including quotations, purchase ordering, follow-up on delivery, reception, and invoice checks.
- Support the IT Director and IT management team in the creation and maintenance of documents and various statements and documents in the context of overall IT operations.
- Support the Business Controller IT in administrative and financial work related to projects and general IT operations.
- Ensure that all IT hardware is properly inventoried and managed.
- Act as an office assistant, ordering office supplies and organizing IT events.
Requirements:
- Work and thinking level of HBO or MBO+ preferably complemented by several years of work experience as PA, Office Manager/Support, or similar.
- Expertise in preparing and maintaining records, good organizer, and accurate.
- Communicatively strong, both in Dutch and in English.
- Dare to take initiative and think one step ahead.
- Good conceptual and visual skills and ability to work well independently.
