We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Director to join our team at frog. As a Design Director, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design process for complex projects, ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and markets, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a design vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow and develop their skills.
- 7-12 years of professional experience in human-centered design, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality design solutions.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Dutch.
