Job Title: Head of Risk

About the Role:

The Head of Risk will be responsible for leading the risk management function, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring that the bank's risk profile is aligned with its business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex risk projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the risk management function and develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Ensure that the bank's risk profile is aligned with its business objectives
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Lead risk assessments and risk mitigation initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, finance, or business
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex risk projects
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
