Job Summary
The Moxy Operations Stage/Internship is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Moxy Schiphol Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Food and Beverage Service: Serve beverages and food to our guests, making recommendations when appropriate.
- Front Desk Operations: Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key.
- Cash Handling: Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit.
- Reporting and Administration: Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Can communicate in English (Dutch is a plus, not a must).
- Teamwork: Are a team player.
- Passion for Hospitality: Have a passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Are available to work both weekdays and weekends in different shifts.
