Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at Confocal. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region. You will work closely with our sales, service, and marketing teams to execute against strategic and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distribution partners, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Relevant master's degree or PhD in a life science or related field.
- Documented experience in microscopy-based imaging, preferably with high-end confocal and super-resolution microscopes.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- B-driver's license valid in the EU or willingness to acquire one.
