Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for Prologis in Europe, showcasing our company story and thought leadership in the logistics and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, regional teams, and external stakeholders, including media outlets, industry associations, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with the Global Communications team to ensure seamless execution of communications initiatives across regions and functions.
- Lead the development of PR materials, including press releases, blogs, company fact sheets, and other public-facing content, to support communications strategies.
- Manage partnerships with Prologis PR agency partners in Europe and work closely with the Global Communications team to track, monitor, and measure media coverage.
- Prepare approved company spokespeople for media interviews and other engagements, ensuring they are equipped to address key issues and showcase Prologis' thought leadership.
- Identify external opportunities to showcase Prologis' expertise and thought leadership, including media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry conferences.
- Develop and execute innovative PR programs to increase awareness and positive perception of our brand, leadership team, and workplace culture.
- Effectively respond to reputational challenges in Europe, working closely with the senior vice president, Global Communications, and other stakeholders.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in media/PR, with a focus in real estate, commercial development, public affairs, community affairs, or finance.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with top-tier business media.
- Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in or managing a PR agency.
- Previous crisis communications experience.
