We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our Logistics Operational Excellence team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in developing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.
- Provide training and coaching to teams on operational excellence principles and methodologies.
- 3-5 years of experience in operational environments, such as logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in managing mid-to-large scale projects, with a track record of delivering results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
