About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations and Talent Development Manager to join our team at i3D.net. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the newly defined People Operations team, ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chief People Office and People Business Partners to shape a global People Operations strategy, aligning with business goals and driving growth, innovation, and improvement.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the business, prioritizing employee satisfaction and resolving questions on HR programs, policies, and other HR-related matters.
  • Manage day-to-day HR life cycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and other team member events, ensuring streamlined processes and stakeholder alignment.
  • Craft and implement new People program implementations, such as optimizing HR self-service, ticketing systems, and systematic approaches to recurring HR programs like performance reviews and compensation reviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across i3D.net and Ubisoft, fostering collaborative partnerships.
  • Drive a positive culture, increasing engagement, enablement, and retention levels.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, conducting audits and providing leadership on compliance functions, ensuring adherence to local and international employee laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a track record of building and optimizing policies, processes, systems, and structures.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to employment and compliance.
  • Experience leading people and cross-functional organizations, with a demonstrated ability to own, execute, and deliver on short- and long-term projects.
  • Strategic thinking, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and executive presence.
  • Business insight and high EQ, enabling successful collaboration with C-level executives.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000, depending on location and qualifications.
