Business Development Representative

Jouw taken:
- De beginfasen van de verkoopcyclus beheren, van het identificeren van prospects tot het opbouwen van relaties;
- De prospectieve pipeline beheer: Indentificeer en converteer leads, terwijl je verkoopgerelateerde projecten beheert;
- Nieuwe manieren testen om outbound leads te genereren;
- Samenwerken met marketing om inbound leads te genereren en de prospectie-pijplijn te laten groeien;
- Samenwerken met salesmanager: Ondersteun bij het onderhandelen en afsluiten van deals en werk mee aan de algemene verkoopstrategieën;
- Expertise ontwikkelen in EVesto's oplossingen en vertegenwoordigen ons met vertrouwen aan potentiële klanten;
- Nauwkeurige gegevens bijhouden in ons CRM en inzichten delen uit klantgesprekken om ons proces te verbeteren.
Natuurlijk zijn er een aantal functie-eisen aan verbonden om als Business Development Representative aan de slag te gaan. Ben je klaar om af te vinken?
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans of Duits is een pluspunt);
- Een gemotiveerde, resultaatgerichte teamspeler: Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken en zorgt ervoor dat ze worden afgerond;
- Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling: Je neemt initiatief en gaat uitdagingen aan, met de focus op het vinden van oplossingen;
- Je woont binnen reisafstand van Arnhem;
- Een commerciële instelling: Je bent ambitieus en gepassioneerd over sales en zakelijke groei;
- Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding of vergelijkbaar niveau;
- Een groeimindset met passie voor continu leren en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
Wat wij bieden:
- Salaris: €3.500 - €4.500 bruto per maand;
- Vakantiegeld: 8% van je bruto jaarsalaris, uitbetaald in mei;
- Vakantie: 160 wettelijke uren en 40 extra verlofuren voor fulltime medewerkers;
- Laptop & Mobiel: Wij voorzien je van een bedrijfs-laptop en telefoon, met gebruiksovereenkomst;
- Mobiliteit: Vergoeding van reiskosten voor woon-werkverkeer;
- Opleidingsbudget: Jaarlijks €1.000 voor professionele trainingen, in overleg met je manager;
- Pensioen: Deelname aan het Longship-pensioencontract met een competitieve werkgeversbijdrage;
