Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Analyze customer order patterns and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.
- Manage light accounts and support sales managers in their efforts to drive sales growth.
- Proactively identify and address customer complaints and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Enter orders, issue credits, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Stay up-to-date on price information and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in international commerce or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in a business-to-business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP is highly beneficial.
- Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally, with a strong commercial acumen and social skills.
- Fluency in English, with German a plus.
