Overview

Supermicro is a leading provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions for Data Center, Cloud Computing, Enterprise IT, Hadoop/ Big Data, Hyperscale, HPC and IoT/Embedded customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Product Engineer responsible for building compelling messaging and partnering with varied teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans. The candidate will oversee projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

About the Role

The Product Engineer will support sales and solution teams to expand our market share through establishing new customers and supporting existing ones. Key responsibilities include managing projects with sales and solution teams by working with different departments to ensure timely completion.

Additionally, the successful candidate will promote Super Micro's capability of leading crucial projects based on our products and solutions. They must be capable with system configuration and support EMEA Computing marketing activities, such as trade exhibitions, on-site solution days, workshops, and joint events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales and solution teams to expand market share through new customer acquisition and existing customer support.
  • Manage projects with sales and solution teams, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Promote Super Micro's capability in leading critical projects based on our products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Cross-functional feedback and execution planning with engineering, product management, and corporate marketing groups.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and coordination with cross-departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 2-3 years of experience in server/storage or related technology fields.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong background in the IT sector with hands-on experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office systems (MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

Estimated Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes a competitive salary range, bonus structure, and benefits package.
