Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Quentin Hotels. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our corporate client base by driving B2B sales and securing accommodation contracts with companies for all our European properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract corporate clients for accommodation bookings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, event organizers, and other potential partners.
  • Negotiate and secure long-term contracts with businesses for accommodation and related services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Represent the hotel in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting corporate clients.
  • Work with the hotel operations team to ensure clients receive high-quality service and their specific requirements are met.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and track performance against sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and experience securing corporate contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Knowledge of the Berlin hotel market.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
