We are in search of a committed Senior Program Manager to lead the Alpha, Beta, and Delta testing initiatives for our crime-prevention products aimed at enhancing community safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate weekly meetings with diverse stakeholder groups
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing feedback, surveys, and metrics derived from testing phases
- Exhibit ownership and initiative in addressing challenges
- Track program metrics and evaluate tester feedback for actionable insights
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Formulate test plans and scenarios for various testing stages
- Deliver weekly updates on program progress to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product distribution
About the Team:
The Ring Insights Team, founded in 2017, is comprised of professionals dedicated to understanding customer requirements through Trials, UX Research, and User Acceptance Testing. We thoroughly investigate products and experiences to guarantee they align with customer expectations through rigorous research and data analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in project or program management
- Expertise in data analysis and leveraging metrics for enhancement
- Capability to strategize, deliver comprehensive solutions, and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical skills in high-pressure environments
- Proven experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas)
- Commitment to driving process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or design
- Background in process standardization and automation
