We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Success Specialist to join our Sales & Supply department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our inventory, bookings, and revenue within your assigned market(s).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers through lead generation channels and cold calls.
  • Onboard and educate customers on our products and services to maximize their success.
  • Maintain and develop mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers to maximize value and offer a great customer experience.
  • Negotiate with customers to maximize both the value we deliver and the value we capture.
  • Collect and deliver customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
Requirements
  • Native-level German speaker with above-average English skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to pick up the phone.
  • Results-driven and eager to learn.
  • Student or recent graduate available for a full-time internship.
