Our Team

You will be joining the Sales & Supply department, a dynamic team of 60 members working collaboratively to deliver strategic outcomes for sustainable growth. Our team is composed of energetic Account Executives and Client Success interns working across markets.

Your Role and Impact

You will be responsible for growing the inventory, bookings, and revenue within your assigned market(s). This role combines sales and account management tasks related to your portfolio of customers (landlords). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Finding new leads through our current lead generation channels and identifying new channels and practices.
  • Acquiring new customers via cold calls to build your own portfolio of customers and properties.
  • Onboarding and educating customers on our products and services to maximize and accelerate their success.
  • Maintaining and developing mutually beneficial relationships with your existing customers to maximize value and offer a great customer experience.
  • Negotiating with customers to maximize both the value we deliver and the value we capture (grow the account, upsell, etc.).
  • Collecting and delivering customer feedback with a data-driven approach focused on delivering maximum value to customers.
  • Training and developing yourself to increase your sales performance and maximize your overall impact on the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to pick up the phone.
  • A native level of German and an above-average level of English.
  • A results-driven and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Availability on a full-time basis for 6 months.
