About the Role:
The EMEA QMS Planning Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of budgeted day delivery targets, ensuring client audit programs align with regulatory requirements, and maximizing utilization while maintaining a sensitive approach to staff work-life balance, greenhouse gas emissions, and cost.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned territories to optimize audit delivery performance through planning, supporting auditor training coordination, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor, resource, and plan Medical Device audits, securing client commitment through excellent customer service and persuasive skills.
- Maintain accurate records of audit planning activity using the workflow system and ensure timely completion of inbound workflow actions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact within BSI for clients.
- Adhere to BSI policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Update and maintain external and internal databases as required.
- Support local sales teams with pre-sales planning activities.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting planning activities and manage transitions or upgrades to new regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English skills; preferably strong written and verbal ability in another European language.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and complaints management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
