Overview:
Oracle's EMEA Applications Marketing division is in search of a dynamic, results-driven, and innovative Marketing Strategist to spearhead our field engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to create impactful change, demonstrate commercial acumen, and have a proven history of collaborating effectively with Sales & Business Development teams. Proficiency across the full spectrum of marketing strategies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Implementation
Collaborate with the EMEA Applications marketing team to strategize and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives utilizing the complete marketing toolkit to enhance visibility, generate new business opportunities, and advance prospects through the sales funnel. Lead regional allbound C360 submissions, including quick serve, localized events, and specific asset requirements (including BDM activities). Coordinate with Campaign Activation & Shared Service teams regarding submission formats, Wrike intake procedures, and RACI plans for execution. Assist in the execution of Outbound call campaigns by providing messaging and touchpoint support, along with sales enablement. Compile and maintain a regional marketing activities calendar, encompassing partnerships, corporate events, public relations, and more.Campaign Evaluation and Reporting
Analyze the effectiveness of regional campaigns across various channels in collaboration with marketing management. Deliver comprehensive analysis and insights, propose enhancements, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure lead generation targets are achieved. Project and track ongoing lead generation against established targets, working with the broader Marketing team to suggest suitable actions to meet and exceed goals. Provide sales leadership with detailed program reporting and execution metrics.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Establish direct and collaborative relationships with sales stakeholders, ensuring that sales objectives are prioritized in all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with BDMs to comprehend regional go-to-market segmentation and sales strategies to inform campaign planning, segmentation, and monitoring. Create and deliver campaign briefings, supplying necessary information and support to relevant sales representatives to guarantee the success of each campaign. Work closely with COO/Business Development and Sales teams to strategize activities, report on campaign outcomes, and gather feedback. Manage third-party vendors and publishers to optimize reach and effectiveness of campaigns.Qualifications:
Preferably holds marketing qualifications. At least 5 years of experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events within a B2B environment. Experience in software and technology is advantageous. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in business-level English is essential, along with a second European language. Strong attention to detail, commitment to follow-through, and adherence to deadlines. Robust project management capabilities. Experience in a high-growth organization, emphasizing volume and speed in demand generation. Familiarity with working in complex teams across diverse geographies and cultures. Native or fluent Dutch speaker.Note: Relocation is not available for this position.

As a product analyst, you will engage in every phase of the product lifecycle to ensure that the product aligns with user needs. Drive the implementation of initiatives supporting the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for designated product lines. Maintain up-to-date customer specifications for existing and forthcoming products. Identify, assess, and recommend marketing opportunities that align with product line objectives. Ensure high-quality product documentation by driving product functionality. Guide products through scheduled releases while assisting others in managing commitments and resources. Measure and report progress while reviewing deliverables.
