The RoleWe are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Vlissingen. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including personnel administration, recruitment, and employee relations. You will work closely with the HR Director and HR Advisors to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including personnel administration, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Prepare and present reports and data to stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
- Minimaal MBO-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante cursussen en trainingen.
- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring met HR-administratie in een internationale organisatie.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Bij voorkeur basiskennis van het Nederlandse arbeidsrecht en relevante HR-procedures en -processen.
- Ruime ervaring met Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint en met HR-systemen zoals Workday en of Afas.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 8% vakantiegeld, 27 vakantiedagen, and 13 ADV dagen. We also offer a PME-pensioenregeling with a workgeversbijdrage of 60% and a winstdeling on basis of bedrijfsresultaten.
