Over het werk

De medewerkers op de afdeling Customer Support & Sales hebben diverse verantwoordelijkheden; het begeleiden van showroom bezoeken, beantwoorden van vragen die telefonisch en per e-mail binnenkomen, orders verwerken, en ook acquisitie behoort tot de taken. Dit hechte team bestaat uit 17 medewerkers die altijd voor elkaar klaar staan en gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk zijn voor verschillende taken.

Je rol

Je loopt samen met de klant door de showroom, en je bent verantwoordelijk voor ordermanagement; Ook handel je klachten af en zorgt voor een passende oplossing, jij zorgt voor een tevreden klant in dit gehele bestelproces. Jij weet in elk contact als geen ander de juiste "tone of voice" te raken en jij bent het visitekaartje en beantwoord vragen van klanten in de showroom maar ook via telefoon en e-mail.

Je kwaliteiten
  • Je bent in staat de klantvraag snel op te lossen en denkt hierbij verder en levert altijd de plus in het contact;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent proactief, taakgericht, oplossingsgericht, sales minded en communicatief vaardig;
