International Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Manager to join our team at Fabory, the Masters in Fasteners.

This role will play a pivotal part in our global growth strategy, focusing on developing long-term relationships with key and new customers, resulting in profitable sales and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
  • Develop new and strategic OEM accounts
  • Manage and expand your portfolio of potential customers
  • Build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
Cross-functional Team Leadership
  • Lead designated account teams across different countries and solve cross-border client challenges
Strategic Account Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the company's sales strategy
  • Presentation of the value proposition to customers
Project Management
  • Analysis of client needs and processes
  • Development and maintenance of account agreements
  • Analysis of KPIs and sales indicators using CRM and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including key account management in an OEM context
  • Experience with strategic plan development and implementation
  • Proven success in leading international account teams or project management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent Business English and at least one other EU language
  • Knowledge of the sector, its clients, and industrial markets
