Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. This role involves extensive travel within the Netherlands, targeting multinational/international accounts to gain global exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage assigned international accounts to achieve sales targets and increase share of wallet.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with clients across all levels of their organization, including purchasing, facilities management, and general management.
- Negotiate and close key contracts and business opportunities.
- Lead a virtual team to support the development of increased sales, including completing RFIs and 'win rooms'.
- Review sales performance and account business with the Regional Director during bi-weekly 1:1 meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years of strategic corporate account experience.
- Proven track record of winning new multi-million € accounts.
- Proven account management skills, including strategy development and stakeholder maps.
- Ability to build long-term working relationships with multiple functions within the client organization.
- Proficient use of IT support tools, including CRM, Outlook calendars, and virtual meeting tools.
- Autonomy, adaptability, commitment, teamwork, and collaborative skills are highly valued.
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Degree and/or business qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Dutch.
