Strategic Partner Account Manager

Acronis is a global leader in cyber protection, providing innovative solutions that safeguard data, applications, and systems across any environment. We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partner Account Manager to drive our growth within existing and new service provider partners.

This role will work closely with sales managers and leaders at our service providers to increase Acronis' revenue, customer base, and market share. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic and tactical sales management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow Acronis' presence within existing and new service provider partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive incremental revenue growth
  • Train, onboard, and enable new and prospective service providers
  • Deliver regular business updates and forecasts to the Acronis sales management team
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new MSP partners
  • Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with assigned service provider partners
  • Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless account management and communication

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of total sales/account management experience, with a focus on backup, disaster recovery, security, and/or cloud technologies
  • 3+ years of strategic large account management experience
  • Solid business development, planning, and acumen, along with strong tactical implementation sales skills
  • Technical aptitude to deliver sales and product training, with a strong understanding of product positioning and client technical needs
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications
  • Regional travel required, with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Strong written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
