Salary



We offer a competitive salary ranging from €7,896 to €13,224 per month, based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. The salary range is broad due to a combined scale; actual placement is determined upon offer, based on your knowledge, experience and potential.



Job Description



We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Strategy Execution & Implementation team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement and delivery of complex projects within set timeframes and budgets.



Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Leading projects, developing project plans and managing all phases of project execution;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for senior management and answering to stakeholders and Steer Co.;
  • Serving the interest of the bank by focusing on the bigger picture and including stakeholders;
  • You secure support for strategic changes and projects / programmes, and are responsible for implementing them;
  • Within the bank, you are an authority in your own field of expertise related to projects and processes. You enable fellow professionals to enhance their skills;
  • You are able to make complex programmes comprehensible and decide on the approach to be taken in projects;
  • You focus on the long term. You are regarded as a trusted advisor by your counterparts and do everything possible - both professionally and in the area of the relationship - to ensure that this is the case;
  • You advise on highly complex matters that have a major impact on the bank and coordinate how they are dealt with;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering solutions to any challenges that arise;
  • Leading a team of consultants and business experts, sharing best practices and acting as a sparring partner for colleagues within SE&I;
  • Organizing and chairing meetings between key project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective decision making;
  • Monitoring progress against project timelines and tracking project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities, and interdependencies between workstreams;
  • Reporting project progress and risks to the client.


About You



We are looking for a highly experienced professional who has a strong background in consultancy and project management. You should have excellent communication skills, be goal-orientated and solution-led, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.



Requirements:




  • A university-level education with 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with a background in consultancy;
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
  • Extensive project/programme management experience preferably in financial institutions;
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management on the most senior level;
  • Experience in- and extensive knowledge of different methodologies, such as Agile and Prince2;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
