Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tender management strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and supply chain dynamics to inform tender strategy and recommend optimal business approaches.
- Design and deliver customer-centric solutions that meet the needs of clients and support profitable business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in freight forwarding, particularly within the ocean freight sector.
- Proven expertise in managing tender processes and creating competitive proposals that lead to successful business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skill set with a keen attention to detail that ensures accuracy and effectiveness in bid responses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is required; familiarity with Access is a plus.
