Global Sales Manager AMSS

Pentair is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Manager AMSS to join our team. As a key member of our IS business unit, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales managers to implement sales strategies and achieve budget results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Manage a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team to ensure the growth of the entire AMSS business.
- Develop and implement sales growth and margin expansion strategies.
- Ensure timely conversion of jobs to sales and compliance with SOX rules.
- Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews to analyze short-term and long-term plans.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with direct customers and strategic accounts.
- Ensure overall service performance matches customer expectations.
- Relevant technical background at Bachelor level.
- 10-15 years of multi-cultural experience within large multinational companies.
- Relevant experience in After Market Sales and sales of Service products.
- Good overall knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and English language.
- Ability to travel internationally for meetings.
