About the Role

Pentair is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Manager AMSS to join our team. As a key member of our IS business unit, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales managers to implement sales strategies and achieve budget results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team to ensure the growth of the entire AMSS business.
  • Develop and implement sales growth and margin expansion strategies.
  • Ensure timely conversion of jobs to sales and compliance with SOX rules.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews to analyze short-term and long-term plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with direct customers and strategic accounts.
  • Ensure overall service performance matches customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Relevant technical background at Bachelor level.
  • 10-15 years of multi-cultural experience within large multinational companies.
  • Relevant experience in After Market Sales and sales of Service products.
  • Good overall knowledge of ERP/SAP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English language.
  • Ability to travel internationally for meetings.
