Fugro is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team in Nootdorp. As a Geo-data company, we involve various data acquisition, processing, and delivery steps to deliver our services to customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development of our File Management Workflow, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the business and technology vision for the File Management Workflow in collaboration with domain experts, business representatives, and solution architects.
- Lead the workflow discovery, build, adoption, and run cycle, mapping current processes in various global regions and defining a standard.
- Validate assumptions and designs before major build investments.
- Guide delivery teams towards required workflows.
- Create a continuous discovery and improvement process to feed user requirements and set prioritization criteria.
- Organize the adoption of workflows in Fugro regions globally with clear rollout plans and support.
- Define OKRs for the workflow and govern it with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience with product management of integrated systems, successfully managing products from ideation to adoption.
- Ability to define business value and control value against cost over time.
- Experience with products managing large volumes of data in file formats.
- Experience and perseverance in discovering the entire lifecycle management of digital products.
- Ability to manage key stakeholders and lead organizational change.
- Experience with organizing file data backbone on edge and cloud systems.
- Understanding of AI tagging, searching, and contextualizing files is an advantage.
